GRENADA: HERITAGE, HERBS, & HEALING
February 18—25, 2027
Welcome to Grenada
Don’t let the size fool you! This tiny island in the Eastern Caribbean has a lot to offer. Known as the “Spice Isle” for its abundance of spices—nutmeg, cinnamon, clove—Grenada offers the perfect setting for restoration of mind, body, and spirit.
Our 8-day journey weaves together cultural heritage, plant knowledge, the arts, and community—acknowledging and affirming the wisdom of African-based healing practices.
As with all of our tours—we don’t do it for the ‘gram! Our travel experiences are about connecting to a place, a people, and each other. Expect meaningful conversations, shared meals, and time to reflect on what it means to be a whole human being.
See you in Grenada!
The Journey: At a Glance
This 8-day journey takes us from Grenada’s historic capital to its lush interior, with experiences that invite us to engage with the island’s people, traditions, and natural beauty. In St. George’s, we’ll explore the city and its history before venturing beyond the capital for experiences centered on spices, cocoa, culinary traditions, and local plant knowledge. We’ll spend time with an herbalist learning about African-based healing practices, visit a cocoa estate, and experience the rainforest and waterfalls that make Grenada unique. Along the way, we’ll enjoy local cuisine, music, and opportunities to connect with the people that call Grenada home. There will also be plenty of time built in to rest and enjoy the island at your own pace. During our time in Grenada, we’ll stay in shared vacation villas and enjoy daily breakfast, 4 lunches, and 2 dinners.
VIRTUAL OPEN HOUSE. Want to learn more? Join us Thursday, September 24, 2026 (7–8 PM ET) for a virtual open house where we’ll share more about what to expect and answer your questions. Register here.
